Delivery Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery process of IT staffing solutions, ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements.
• Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to source, screen, and place qualified IT professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
• Monitor and track recruitment pipelines, ensuring effective talent acquisition and candidate engagement.
• Optimize delivery processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing training and performance guidance.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, client agreements, and industry standards.
