ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Assistant Manager (HR), he/she should be experienced in
handling HR Operations for Client employees (Employee Life cycle).
Should have in-depth knowledge of human resource management
Industrial Relation.
Who can apply
On-Boarding
Issuing Offer, Appointment, Confirmation
Induction Training (About Company policy, Rules regulation, reporting
structure etc.)
Responsible for completion of all the joining formalities entailing
collection and verification of documents for the candidates
Updating employee data in HRIS software
Maintain HR trackers like new joinees, confirmations
Maintain inputs for quarterly HR dashboard
Ensure On boarding for all new joinees across regions
Follow-up for pre-joining formalities documentation
Post joining formalities to be completed
Ensure submission of all signed and scanned documents and maintain
personnel files
Ensure deployment of laptops to all entitled newly joined employees
Visiting cards/I Cards
Coordinating with the vendor for Bank Account opening for new joiners
Compensation and Benefits
Maintenance of attendance Leave Management
Working out to settle the accounts of resigning employees
Preparing Leave Tracker and compiling attendance for processing payroll
Perform a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing
activities, including salary advances, calculating, and recording payroll
deductions
Calculation of full and final settlement statements
Employees Relations
Celebrating various events like (Holi, Diwali, Employees Birthday,
Outdoor trips etc.)
Handling all employee enquiries grievances.
Performance Appraisals
Keeping records of an employee s status changes i.e. for the
role, and if you fit in the criteria, our Recruitment team will be in touch
to explain the role and understand your candidature in detail for the
business requirement.
