Role: Head- Project Delivery

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Project Delivery to lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring seamless client requirement management, cost optimization, and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAAS-based industries and be adept at managing large-scale projects while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Project Delivery & Client Management: Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

- P&L Ownership: Manage project financials, ensuring profitability by optimizing costs and maximizing resource utilization.

- Cost & Budget Management: Develop and implement cost-control strategies to maintain efficiency without compromising service quality.

- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing project management team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- Process Optimization: Implement best practices, frameworks, and methodologies to streamline project delivery and enhance client satisfaction.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to drive project success and resolve any roadblocks efficiently.

- Risk & Compliance Management: Identify potential risks, ensure compliance with industry standards, and proactively address project-related challenges.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years in project delivery with expertise in P&L management, cost control, and client engagement.

- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream.

- Proven leadership in driving operational efficiency, risk management, and process improvements.

- Strong grasp of agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
