Business Development Manager

Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: PUNE (for KINTECH ENGINERRING, SPAIN)

Territory: Global Market - Middle East, UAE, Jordan, Egypt, African Countries

Products: Data Acquisition, Data Loggers, Sensors, Wind Resource Assessment, Measurement Equipments, Monitoring Softwares for Wind & Solar PV Systems.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Sales & business development activities in assigned territories e.g. Middle East, UAE, Jordan, Egypt, African Countries ...etc.
2. Market research, identifying/generating leads in assigned areas.
3. Introduce/launch existing/new and upcoming products in the markets.
4. Calling existing database and new clients, fix meetings, understand needs & answers sales + technical related queries and provide technical advice.
5. Provide pre-sales and after-sales support & Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions.
6. Provide product education and advice (training workshops)
7. Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, promotional campaigns & meetings
8. Follow up & coordinate with customers on proposals, queries and provide feedback to HQ.
9. Manage relationship with customers, push sales & insure smooth supply.
10. Coordinate with sales team (HQ Spain) in all business development & sales activities.
11. Prepare sales reports and manage CRM to ensure all business activities.
12. Reporting both regional head and headquarters in Spain.

Preferred candidate profile:

• The candidate - Graduate Engineer with Techno-Commercial background.
• Experience of minimum 3-7 years in international sales/marketing industrial/electronic products.
• Preferred - Knowledge of Wind/Solar equipments - data acquisitions, measurement equipments for wind resource assessment, monitoring softwares exclusively for wind & solar measurement systems. Data Logger, Anemometers, related Softwares ...etc.
• Must have an Excellent Techno-Commercial background.
• Personality: Leader, positive attitude, committed & result oriented, with proven records & networking.
• Expert in high level English. Proficient in MS Office.
• Looking for local person who can work independently…. etc.
• Flexible, ready to travel abroad. Passport is a Must.
