Manager Accounts & Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, SEBI LODR and Companies Act along with practical working experience in preparation of Financial Statements as per the above Standards and overall Financial Reporting.
• Manage the Finance and Accounts function for the entire corporate finance operations right from day-to-day accounting to group reporting for Subsidiaries company.
• Monthly GL Review, matching all GL Subledgers with main ledger, Review of all Schedules of Trial Balance with respective Team and taking corrective measures, Intercompany reconciliations, identification of appropriate classification of assets / liabilities (current and non-current), monthly review of all advances and provision to ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
• Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards including but not limited to revenue realization, costs, cash, and assets.
• Performing all the month end/quarter end/year ender process as per SOP.
• Providing all information for the preparation of Budget after coordination with various departments and regular monthly and periodical forecast. Continuous tracking of Actuals against Budget/previous year and preparation of variance analysis report.
• Providing all informations by coordinating with all departments, as necessary, completion of all Internal & External audit (statutory, group, Internal, Tax, other department audit etc.,)
• Liaison with Statutory auditors for audit and Internal auditor.
• Effective Vendor management for corporate services.
• Ensuring compliance with respect to all Direct and Indirect Tax matters with GL Reconciliation with statutory filling

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent PPT / Excel Skills -proficiency in using pre-defined formulas, creating charts, building macros etc.
• Should be good in relationship building and working with the team.
• Credible and comfortable in dealing with other departments.
• Excellent in written and verbal communication
• Candidate should be comfortable in quickly turn around with strict timelines
• ERP SAP, Tally and Hyperion for reporting
