OPC Supervisor - Marketing

Role & responsibilities:

• Leading the team of OPCs.
• Ensuring the delivery of quality tours to both resorts (Mahabaleshwar Sherwood and Mahabaleshwar Saj) while supporting the sales team in achieving membership agreements.
• Encouraging OPCs to maintain a steady flow of tours at both resorts.
• Establishing local partnerships with retail outlets and taxi associations, as well as coordinating with the Municipal Corporation for tie-ups.
• Monitoring the overall leads generated for the OPCs and assessing their performance.
• Facilitating coordination and the smooth operation of daily activities with the OPCs.
• The OPC Supervisor will also be required to visit the following key tourist attractions to promote the tours at Mahabaleshwar:

- Venna Lake

- Kates Point

- Mahabaleshwar Parking

- Lordvik Point

- Wilson Point

- Mapro Garden
