To enable New Product Development through APQP, CDMM DE Role

To have hands on experience of developing Motors and Controller

To have in-depth knowledge of motor types and motor manufacturing processes

To ensure part development as per Project requirements ie, Proto, Tooled up parts, PPAP Approval

To define product and process requirements

To perform technical synthesis and sign off with stakeholders

To identify and map correct supplier base

To send RFQs and do manufacturing feasibility study

TO do ZBC for part and FTG

To plan and execute FTG

To establish run at rate/capacity as per volume projections

To conduct VAVE workshop for cost reduction
