Exposure to Team Centre
Good knowledge of Interpreting standard codes
Vehicle, system level & component design - Tractor
Hands on experience in UgNx models design verifications
CAD knowledge (Unigraphics - NX 10 & Team center PLM)
Knowledge on Combine harvester and farm machineries, Tractor used implements
QFD & 6-Sigma Practices

Nothing to like at Mahindra only good at exploiting resources.
No Insurance coverage for family and kids. Poor leave policies for new joiners for first 1 year. Leaders treat juniors as kids involving shouting at every thing. Poor culture on treating vacation, holidays and weekends as must work time. . . . .
