Manager-F&A - Last Mile Mobiliy- [Direct Tax, RPT, Payroll]

1. PAY ROLL Employee Claims:
Co ordination with MIBS/ER and HR/IT and corporate Tax,
Monitoring the pay roll processing,
Monthly MIS to all the Corporate /Employee Relation and attending their queries,
Statutory compliances,
Actuarial valuation - Data compilation and co ordinating with Corporate Accounts,
Submission of Annual Pay roll Budget, Union Agreements and workings,
Salary Wages analysis - Trial Balance,
Audits: All type of Audits and Management testing,
Simplification and IT initiatives:
a. Identifying the Control gaps and system improvements,
b.Implementing IT initiatives,3.Co ordinating with ER/HR/IT/ Sectors and Corporate HO for New initiatives,
c.Aligning with MIBS team,
d.Monthly updates and review with Seniors and CFO,
e.HR policy implementation

2. Direct Taxation - Will be responsible for managing all aspects of direct tax compliance, including income tax, corporate tax, and withholding tax. This will involve:
Tax planning and advisory to minimize tax liabilities
Handling tax audits and assessments
Preparing and filing tax returns
Staying abreast of and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
Representing the company before tax authorities
Identifying and mitigating tax risks

3. Related Party Transactions
Analyzing and documenting all related party transactions in accordance with accounting standardsand applicable tax regulations
Ensuring the appropriate transfer pricing methodology is applied to all intercompany transactions
Preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation
Assisting in transfer pricing audits and negotiations with tax authorities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, Legal) to ensure accurate and timely reporting of RPTs
