Responsibilities Key Deliverables

Review daily work management and production meeting and set team goals/targets accordingly. Planning and Budgeting for activities related to next financial year. Efficiently managing the Cost Control. Achieve volume growth by strategic business orientation. Responsible for Benchmarking and drive Breakthrough Projects. Enhance press line capacity by certain number of strokes to improve the overall efficiency of the CPU. Achieve Manufacturing Excellence - AFS Business Excellence Score to improve CPU performance. Conformance to Statutory Compliance in all audits. Leverage Resource capacity during New Product Launch. Lead in Safety related activities which includes Contract manpower safety, Safety observation Tools and Improve Safety visibility Achieve target of Zero reportable, non reportable and first aid cases. Perform 5S rounds and Safety rounds. Improve employee engagement
