- Preparation of EBOM,CKD BOM
- RFQ prepartion for CKD , Requisitioning , PO etc
- Packaging Trials ,Development of packaging for each part
- Design of Handling system from plant to warehouse
- Containerisation plan certification
- Coordinate with IO for orders to billing , Container availability
- Avalability certification of Packaging material
- Quality inspection of CKD packaging
- Customer feedback, analysis improvement acrions
- Material accoutning , BOM preparation, Change Management
- Safety compliance at CKD dispatch location
- Coordinate with various stakeholders Plant , PPC, Supply chain, Manufacturing , IO for smooth execution of CKD dispatches
- Coordinate for ordering of Supplier parts as per CKD requirement
- Daily monitoring ,Tracking with suppliers for part availability
- Coorodinate with plant for subassembly scheduling
- Shifting of parts availability of parts at warehouse
- Monitoring of inventory, Shortages
