Job Description:

Designation-Process Planning Engineer

Location- Walchannagar, Baramati ,Mahrashtra

Process Planning and Tool Designing:

• Preparing of process plans, procedures and standard Hrs. estimation operation wise.
• Releasing process plans / procedures and assigned hrs. for all activities as per monthly plan.
• Initiating tooling & special tools, fixtures requirement job wise.
• Studying tenders/inquiries, feasibility check and man, machines hrs. estimation
• Process improvement and implementation for Identified processes/operations.
• Co-coordinating with internals & externals customers & resolve technical issues immediately.
• Preparing of Proposal for value engineering.
• Designing of Tooling and Test bed development for Gear Division
• Carrying out Tool tryout for new design.
• Supporting purchase for vendor development and sub-contracting
• Assisting engineering department for product development.
• Preparing material codes (Consumable, Spares, General Items, Raw Material)
• Reduce Inventory RM/bought outs (Gear)
• FIM Reconciliation Gear Division & Airborne Launcher for Defense Project
• Monitoring & Tracking progress of the activities.

Planning Activities:

• Preparing of Annual Business Plan
• Preparing Quarterly and monthly sales plans
• Preparing of Material and Labour budget for the ABP and APB Presentation slides.
• Calculating Capacity and Load and take action for resource shortages
