Mahindra Integrated Business Solutions - Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance (8-10 yrs)

A) FUNCTIONAL DELIVERABLES:

1) Vendor Invoice booking & reconciliation

2) Inter company Debit credit notes and balance confirmation

3) TDS booking and TDS reconciliation

4) Receipt accounting , Bank Reconciliation

5) Budgeting, co-ordination with various departments to consolidate the budget and upload it on ERP.

6) Expenses Variance Analysis for Budget v/s actual

7) Investment Accounting and analysis

8) MIS , handling audits including Statutory, internal audit etc.

B) TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:

1) CMA with SAP- FICO experience is mandatory

2) Very good Good knowledge of Excel

3) Very good communication, stake holders follow up & co-ordination skills

4) Thorough knowledge of Statutory Compliance like TDS, GST and Provision

C) BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS:

1) Grasping should be good

2) Pro Active

3) Communication should be good

4) Should be able to team player
