Deputy Manager/Manager - Finance & Accounts (2-8 yrs)

Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking at growing our Accounts team which is a crucial enabler of our growth story. As a part of the Accounts team, you shall be responsible for Accounting and Auditing Work ranging from Finalization of Accounts and Audit, Communication and Correspondence with the Auditors, Analysis of the Audit Reports including Cash Flow and Fund Flow, Ledger Reconciliation including Inter Company Accounts, Statutory & Tax Compliances of various countries including Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, UK etc. and Derivative Hedge transactions to being part of strategic initiatives within the group

Key Skills:

An ideal candidate should have prior experience of at least 8-10 years in the field of Accounts and Audit and working knowledge of Taxation, Treasury and Finance and Corporate Compliances.

Quantitative skills:

- Financial statement analysis

- Ratio analysis

- Accounting knowledge relating to Financial Debts and Borrowings

- Working Knowledge of International & Indian Taxation both Corporate Tax and Indirect Tax and related compliances

- Accounting knowledge relating to Export and Import

- Knowledge of IFRS (Accounting Standards) and Audit Standards

- Strategic Planning & Structuring
