Job Title: Desktop Support / IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop and technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications.
• Manage and maintain IT assets, including laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance.
• Troubleshoot network issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and ensure smooth connectivity.
• Set up and configure email accounts, user access, and security permissions.
• Maintain IT documentation, including asset inventory and user guides.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and repairs.
• Assist in server maintenance, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
• Implement IT security measures, including antivirus updates and firewall monitoring.
• Support video conferencing tools, remote desktop solutions, and cloud services.
