Required Director of Pharmacy

Maharana Pratap Group of Institutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to serve as the Director of Pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and leading the pharmacy college, ensuring academic excellence, research initiatives, and maintaining industry connections to enhance the institution's reputation and contribute to its growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Administration:

• Provide visionary leadership to the pharmacy college, setting strategic goals and objectives in alignment with the institution's mission.
• Manage and supervise departmental faculty, staff, and resources efficiently.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and academic programs to enhance the department's effectiveness and student outcomes.

Academic Excellence:

• Design and review the curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards, is up-to-date, and aligns with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the quality of education, teaching methodologies, and student evaluations to maintain high academic standards.
• Foster a culture of research, innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration among faculty and students.

Industry Engagement and Networking:

• Cultivate relationships with pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and regulatory bodies to facilitate internships, collaborative research, and industry partnerships.
• Stay abreast of advancements in the pharmaceutical field, integrating relevant industry trends into the curriculum and research endeavors.

Student Development and Support:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to students, promoting their professional development and career opportunities.
• Oversee counseling, placement activities, and internships to ensure students' readiness for the workforce.

Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. in (Pharmacy) Pharmaceutical Sciences is mandatory .
• Extensive experience in academia with a proven track record of leadership in pharmacy education, research, and administration.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, industry trends, and accreditation processes related to pharmacy education.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive academic environment.
