VP of Engineering

Role & responsibilities ::

1. Technology & Product Roadmap: Translate the product vision into a robust technology strategy, aligning architecture, DevOps, QA, and security practices with business objectives.
2. Infrastructure & Scalability: Design and implement scalable, multi-tenant architectures ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and cloud-native best practices.
3. DevOps & CI/CD Automation: Establish a modern DevOps culture with automated deployment pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and monitoring solutions to enable fast, reliable software releases.
4. Quality Engineering & Security: Implement best-in-class QA automation strategies, security frameworks, and risk management protocols to maintain product excellence.
5. People Leadership: Lead and mentor engineering, DevOps, QA, and security teams, fostering a high-performance and innovative culture.
6. Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Ensure data protection, compliance, and cybersecurity measures are embedded into all engineering processes.
7. Operational Efficiency: Optimize cost of IT operations while maintaining high availability, reliability, and security across platforms.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Business Leaders to ensure technology solutions align with company goals.
9. Strategic Vendor & Partnership Management: Build relationships with cloud providers, security vendors, and technology partners to enhance Vymos tech stack.

Key Requirements ::

• 15+ years of engineering leadership experience in SaaS, Cloud, and AI-driven platforms.
• Proven expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), DevOps, microservices, and scalable distributed systems.
• Strong background in QA automation, SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), and security best practices.
• Experience in CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), observability, and performance tuning.
• Deep knowledge of data security, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ability to lead and scale high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• B2B SaaS and Financial Services experience preferred.
