Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive / Sales Staff to join our riding accessories retail store. The ideal candidate should have a passion for motorcycles and riding accessories, along with strong sales and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting riding gear and accessories.
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure proper product display and merchandising.
• Process sales transactions, handle cash, and manage billing efficiently.
• Address customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Keep up to date with the latest riding gear, accessories, and trends.
• Assist in inventory management and stock-taking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in riding gear, apparel, or automotive accessories.
• Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of riding accessories is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Customer service-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
• Basic computer skills for billing and inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar industry (motorcycle accessories, riding gear, or automotive retail).
• Knowledge of different types of helmets, jackets, gloves, and other riding accessories.
• Enthusiasm for biking and engaging with the riding community.
