• Production: Overseeing the production of high-quality steel, developing and implementing production schedules, and ensuring adherence to them
• Quality: Implementing and maintaining quality control measures, conducting regular inspections and tests, and addressing quality issues promptly
• Safety: Promoting a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and conducting safety audits
• Maintenance: Ensuring the regular maintenance and upkeep of melt shop equipment and facilities
• Technical issues: Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues to minimize downtime
• Process improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Team management: Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of engineers, supervisors, and operators.
• Strategic planning: Foreseeing future needs pertaining to customer demands and technological changes
• Cost reduction: Planning for cost reduction in production
• Technical innovation: Leading technical innovation for SMS
• Training & Development: Should be good training to team for development for Quality products.

He should be expert in quality products produce as per HSM hot rolling required.

Education Qualification: - B Tech in Metrology with Minimum 20 25 year of experience in SMS.

Position Reports to- President Works at factory.
