Mahadev Profiles Pvt Ltd is looking for Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

As a Senior Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead and oversee the sales team within an organization.

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals.

Set clear sales targets, provide ongoing coaching and training, and monitor individual and team performance.

Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team.

Sales Target Achievement: Take ownership of sales targets and ensure their successful achievement.

Monitor sales activities, track progress against targets, and implement corrective measures when necessary.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.

Understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide timely and effective solutions.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding customer relationships.

Sales Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new target markets, customer segments, and product opportunities.

Use this information to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business and maintain existing customer relationships.

Ensure that contracts and agreements meet the company's requirements and align with legal and financial guidelines.

Sales Performance Tracking: Implement systems and tools to track sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.

Regularly analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
