Responsible for entire HR responsibilities to include – Recruitment for top & mid level positions, Labour Laws and Statutory Compliances , Training & Development, Performance Management, Grievance Handling, Payroll, Compensation-Benefits and employee engagement – On boarding, Exit etc.
Establishing the disciplinary mechanism to ensure fairness, security, and wellbeing among employees.
Grievance handling including settling any difference(s) or dispute(s).
Handling statutory and labour compliances of Factory premises, project sites and contractors with 100% adherences.
Obtaining New factory and renew factory labour license, registration under the Factories Act.
Maintaining records and registers as per labour laws, interacting with respective Statutory departments – PF, ESI, Labour etc.
Compiling the data and submission of half yearly returns, annual returns etc. under various labour laws.
Providing required support for HR audits.
Keeping the HR policies updated as per new labour laws, Acts, and rules.
Developing sound and result oriented relations with sub-contractors, workers and labour suppliers and Government officials.
