Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Worli, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in both professional and personal matters. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day tasks, manage social media activities, and accompany me to business meetings, social events, and personal errands. The candidate should be social media-savvy, well-educated, and ideally based in South Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling, appointments, and meetings (both personal and professional).
Organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring that all daily activities are streamlined.
Handle calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Meeting & Event Assistance:
Accompany to work meetings, networking events, and personal commitments.
Take notes, track follow-ups, and prepare summaries from meetings as needed.
Assist in preparing documents, presentations, or materials for business meetings.
Social Media & Communication:
Assist in managing personal errands and tasks such as shopping, reservations, travel planning, etc.
Coordinate with vendors, manage household-related tasks if required.
Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries.
Accompany on trips, when necessary, for meetings or personal activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent in any relevant field.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads efficiently.
Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules or priorities.
Must be based in South Mumbai, with knowledge of local areas and services.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
Social media content creation and management expertise.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as required.Role & responsibilities
