PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• Should have experience in a similar garment export house of similar product.
• Should have experience in the quality process for min 5-6 years.
• Should have the ability to understand the quality system and requirements across different customer and have ability to download the required quality information and to give proper training to the team across all depts...
• Should have computer working knowledge to full fill the management and customer requirement and have working knowledge of excel.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Should have complete knowledge and clear understanding on PRODUCT and PROCESS across all depts.
• Should have the checking knowledge on garment with 100% quality. According to the styling, need to analyze the critical point of check and critical point of measurement at PPM stage [Pre-production meeting ] to work on the process and get the closure to control the bulk production quality.
• For the identified quality issues, need to analyze the process and identify the root cause as well as help identify solutions. Must circulate the issues to the relevant team to avoid the same issue in future.
• Should have capability to manage buying house QA and to manage the required paperwork in buyer format.
• Must have deep knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices across the industry.
