1. Magnum is strategically located in Chennai, India for easy accessibility. 2. We use 1500 machines including IMA Auto Cutters / Flat Bed Plotter & Pattern Cutter / Button Feeder Machine, etc. 3. We are a 2700-employee family across 6 units in Chennai with predominantly women workforce. 4. We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing set-up with superior technical expertise. We follow the Toyota Production System(Single Piece Flow) and have end-of-line finishing and packaging. 5. Our workforce is versatile and can stitch both denim and chiffon. We have the multi-product capability in woven garments, Tops, Dresses, and Soft Bottoms for Women and Kids. 6. Our average capacity is 4,50,000 pieces a month. 7. We have an In-house Computer Embroidery capability.

With a workforce of predominantly women, we have various initiatives in place to empower them. Awareness workshops on Education and Nutrition for the girl child. Menstrual hygiene and sex education talks about the distribution of sanitary towels. Anti Sexual Harassment cell at the workplace (ICC Committee with an NGO). Summer camp for kids and handmade crafts have been done by the kids. Eye camps, health camps and dental camps. An alcohol de-addiction workshop has been conducted. Provided systems to Purkal Youth Development Society and SAVE(Social Awareness and Voluntary Education). Prevention Of Sexual Harassment(POSH) workshops. Self-defence training workshop for women. Car driving lessons for women. COVID vaccination drive for all employees.
