Job Description
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including full-time and contractual employees.
- Administer end-to-end payroll activities, including verifying time and attendance records, deductions, and adjustments, ensuring compliance.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including tax and deduction information.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries and provide support to employees regarding payroll issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments for financial reporting, tax filings, and compliance with payroll-related regulations.
- Train and support managers and supervisors in conducting effective performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Monitor and analyze employee performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle, ensuring timely completion of reviews and documentation.
- Recommend and implement improvements to the performance management process.
- Assist with HR tasks and responsibilities as needed, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all HR policies and regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to payroll and performance management.
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing and performance management.
- Preferred experience in managing payroll activities on Razorpay and ADP.
- Good to have experience in managing payroll for international locations.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
