Role Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Zonal Business Head for our Enterprise Accounts division.
- This role will be instrumental in managing and growing relationships with Category B and C real estate developers and brokers.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, driving net sales, and generating new revenue streams by leveraging Magicbricks' extensive suite of product offerings.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust background in field sales and client management to support and achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- As the Zonal Business Head for MagicBricks, you will be at the helm of our sales operations in the given region, driving our growth strategy and ensuring market leadership. Your role will encompass:
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement innovative annual and quarterly sales plans to surpass targets and drive regional expansion.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Account Managers. Foster a culture of excellence and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and swift resolution of issues.
- Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to influence product offerings and ensure they meet market demands. Facilitate seamless coordination among team members.
- Industry Expertise: Utilize your extensive experience in real estate or digital advertising, leveraging existing developer connections to amplify our market presence.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to strategically position MagicBricsk for sustained success.
- Leadership Excellence: Lead by example, demonstrating high work ethics, professionalism, and a commitment to team empowerment. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and ethical conduct.
- Dynamic Approach: Exhibit a proactive and dynamic approach to business, showcasing strong acumen in market analysis, exceptional communication skills, and a relentless drive for revenue growth while maintaining integrity.
Skills & Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required; MBA from a prestigious institution preferred.
- Experience: Over 8+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in real estate, e-commerce, internet, or media sectors, with substantial team leadership experience.
- Revenue Management: Proven track record managing a minimum of - 30 crore in monthly B2B sales.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction, with a focus on achieving high performance and loyalty.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders
