Working Experience:

- Must have: 9- 17 years of Sales Experience in Banking /Telecom

- Experience in payments/ banking / remittance industry

- Must be knowing Telugu

KRA:

- Influencing the sales organization (COO/S&M heads, ZBM) to deliver all payments Bank KPIs for the zone.

- Payments bank P&L owner for the regions with responsibility of strategic and operational aspects of the regions.

- Rollout of demand generation programs for various use-cases to enable targeted acquisition of customers.

- Acquisition of customers across various use cases through marketing and sales program

- Ensuring right quality of customers acquired across the zones
