Magenta EV Solutions - Head - Industrial Relations (10-15 yrs)

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement IR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives

- Provide strategic guidance to senior management on IR issues, including labor negotiations, Driver issues , conflicts and compliance

- Lead initiatives to enhance Drivers engagement, satisfaction, and productivity

Industrial Relations Management:

- Oversee collective bargaining processes and negotiations

- Manage and resolve complex Drivers and contractual relations issues, including disputes and grievances

- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with external labor organizations and regulatory bodies

Policy Development and Compliance:

- Conduct audits and ensure proper documentation and adherence to IR policies

Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead and mentor the IR team, providing guidance, training, and support

- Manage IR budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost-efficient operations

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the HR team

Reporting and Analytics:

- Prepare and present regular reports on IR metrics, including employee turnover, engagement levels, and conflict resolution outcomes

- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement in IR practices
