Head - Land Acquisition - Residential Real Estate (7-15 yrs)

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced land acquisition professional to be part of land acquisition team with one of the fastest growing real estate developers of the country. He would play a pivotal role in real estate business expansion in NCR and other emerging markets.

Experience:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in land acquisition in residential real estate in NCR with leading developers.

- Demonstrated track record of successful business development and land acquisition initiatives. Comprehensive understanding of and land acquisition processes.

- Sound knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to land acquisition and real estate development. Shall have good understanding of various DCR norms and bye-laws.

- Shall have good understanding of real estate market dynamics of NCR.

- Proficiency in financial analysis, feasibility studies, and investment appraisal

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities across NCR.

- Conducting feasibility studies and technical, financial, legal due diligence while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies for potential land acquisitions.

- Helping working out presentation of opportunities to the management.
