SAP HCM Consultant - System Configuration (5-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Actively participate in workshops to gather and analyze client business requirements related to HR processes.

- Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

- Hands-on experience in configuring and testing SAP HCM modules, including :

1. Personnel Administration

2. Organization Management

3. Time Management

4. Payroll (India)

5. Employee Self-Service (ESS)

6. Manager Self-Service (MSS)

- Develop and execute detailed blueprints for HCM processes.

- Configure and test the complete process cycles within the SAP HCM system.

- Deep understanding of Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema customization within Payroll and Time Management.

- Strong knowledge of integrations across various SAP HCM modules and with other systems.

- Experience with data migration projects and BIB replication.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

- Create and maintain detailed functional specifications and test plans.

- Conduct user training workshops and provide ongoing support to end-users.

- Effectively handle day-to-day client inquiries and resolve issues.

- Guide and mentor junior team members.

- Foster strong client relationships and build trust.

Essential Skills :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM platform.

- Expertise in Hindi language is mandatory.

- Proven ability to conduct workshops and present complex information clearly and concisely.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills :

- Experience working with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
