Job Description :
Responsibilities :
Project Leadership & Management :
- Lead and manage a team of SAP HCM consultants, ensuring successful project execution within budget, scope, and timeline.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
- Oversee all project phases, from requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment within the consulting team.
SAP HCM Expertise :
- Possess in-depth knowledge of core SAP HCM modules (e., Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management).
- Design and configure SAP HCM solutions to meet client requirements and optimize HR processes.
- Integrate SAP HCM with other relevant SAP modules and third-party systems seamlessly.
- Conduct data migration and system clean-up activities to ensure data integrity.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients after go-live.
Change Management & User Adoption :
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on the new SAP HCM system.
- Facilitate change management activities to ensure user adoption and maximize the benefits of the implementation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels throughout the project lifecycle.
Tech Skills :
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
- Proven experience leading and managing SAP HCM implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM configuration options and functionalities across core modules.
- Proficiency in data migration and integration techniques for SAP HCM.
- Experience with change management methodologies and user training best practices.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and manage their expectations effectively.
