The role will be part of Global team that works with S4 HANA implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Finance Transformation
New hire global training for all migrations, back fills & movements within the Ocean and Logistics & Services segments (ATR, Tax and Cash and Bank business vertical)
Preparation of training content, Job aids and Quick reference guides and training delivery
TNI (Training Need Identification)- Identify comprehensive training needs for BAU population based on tenure and levels (up to Manager level)
Identify, create and roll out process for disseminating process updates to end users on a periodic basis (stakeholder feedback & process inefficiencies identified)
Ensure updates are incorporated in training content accordingly Ensure training coverage for identified population in ATR, Tax and Cash and Bank domain in the Ocean and Logistics & Services segments.
Ensure version changes are maintained for training materials of all processes
2. Role
You will be part of the Finance and Accounting Learning & Development team, under the Maersk Organization supporting the New Finance and Tax Platform Program
You will be responsible to equip employees with process / domain knowledge throughout their learning life-cycle
Ensure to plan and deliver high quality SAP S/4 HANA training to the Ocean and Logistics & Services segments (ATR, Tax and Cash & Bank domain)
Ensure impactful training is provided to all new hires joining the Ocean and Logistics & Services segments with detailed report of trainee performances. A regular cycle for Refresher and BAU programs needs to be executed for existing staff
You will be responsible for monitoring effective content designing and regular up-grading as well as delivery of trainings to guarantee functional competency enhancement across the Ocean and Logistics & Services segments.
Ensure efficient and correct process handling is adopted and aligned to the global standard procedures
As a L&D trainer, you will have to connect regularly with all stakeholders to keep them updated on trainee performance and trainings delivered with detailed MI
You will have an opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects and initiatives to ensure the optimal level of system knowledge is anchored in the organization
3. Development and Project Management
Design and monitor customized programs to support & facilitate global projects as needed
Ensure you are TTT certified and upgraded on relevant certifications, if any (optional)

Primary external stakeholders
External facilitators (if required) SMEs from Execution teams

Required experience & skills
Finance and Accounting process knowledge, especially in ATR, Tax and Cash & Bank
Strong & proven experience in training, learning and development function
Graduate
Master s Degree in Finance is recommended but not required

Good understanding of the Shipping Industry
