Profile Summary

The Manager Accounts & Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and accounting functions of the organization. This individual will manage the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively to non-financial stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

1. CA, CMA and MBA having field experience

2. Minimum of 15 years in accounting or finance, with 10 years in a managerial role.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and regulatory standards

4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial information to senior leadership and non-financial stakeholders

7. Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
