Role & responsibilities

Overseeing Front office, OPD, Patient relations, MMM Clinic, International patient care and Telephone department - strategic planning, training & development.

Regular monitoring and supervising of various operations like registration, appointments, admissions, enquiry, estimation counter, intensive care unit lobby, ER - help desk and International patient care. Overseeing the Telephone exchange department. Monitor administrative functions of Out patient department and MMM clinic.

Preferred candidate profile

Professional experience - 15 to 20 years

Education - PG degree
