- Process payroll for 300+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Utilize Tally HRM for payroll management, including data entry, salary calculations, and generating reports.
- Maintain employee records, including changes in payroll status, benefits, and deductions.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and file payroll tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end reports and documentation for audits.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate reporting of employee hours, leaves, and other payroll-related information.
- Stay updated on payroll laws and best practices to recommend improvements.
