Keep and maintain the production floor to meet all food safety and other GMP standard

Plan and execute the day-to-day production

Tracking production schedules and ensure all machine runs as per plan

Execute the brand changing on time

Monitor the contract supervisor performance

Provide training to new workers

Achieve optimum production and maintain the wastage level within the factory norms

Production data entry to be complete within the end of shift

Ensure all production balance packing material return to the PM WH on priority

Skills required :

Planning and organize to monitor the production process.

Leadership and interpersonal skills.

Communication skills, Problem solving skills.

Must have good Excel and power point knowledge
