Maintenance/Production - Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of production lines, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
  
• Manage manpower handling, including supervision and training to ensure effective team performance.
  
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., planning, procurement) to optimize plant operations and resolve issues promptly.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in maintenance or production supervision in an auto components industry setting.
  
• Diploma/ITI certification in relevant field (Mechanical/Electrician).
  
• Strong understanding of operation maintenance principles, plant operations, rework processes, shop floor control systems.
