Job Title: Assistant Manager - Quality Control

We are looking for a retired Army person to join us as a Assistant Manager - Quality Control at Madhu Jayanti International Pvt. Ltd. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards and comply with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance:
• Develop and implement quality control tests.
• Conduct audits of production processes.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Team Management:
• Train and supervise quality control staff.
• Prepare work schedules and assign duties.
• Documentation:
• Maintain records of quality control processes.
• Prepare reports on quality metrics.
• Facility Inspections:
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure safety standards.
• Report any incidents to the General Manager.
• Liaison:
• Communicate with local government bodies when needed.
• Provide information to the General Manager as required.

Requirements:

• Background: Retired Army personnel with management or quality control experience.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
