Job Description

Essential duties and responsibilities:


    • Sales & Business Development:
    • Drive sales activities and develop new business opportunities within the industrial B2B sector.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and large corporate clients.
    • Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and close deals to meet sales targets.
    • Field Visits & Client Interaction:
    • Conduct 8-10 field visits per week to meet existing and potential clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and offering customized solutions.
    • Develop and present product demonstrations and technical solutions on-site.
    • Market Intelligence:
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify business growth opportunities.
    • Ensure up-to-date knowledge of industry products, technologies, and innovations
    • Account Management:
    • Manage key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
    • Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sales support.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing ongoing support.
    • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with the internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide a seamless service to clients.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports detailing progress, challenges, and future plans.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the proper technical delivery of solutions.

Requirements:


  • Sales Aptitude: Strong interest and aptitude for sales, with the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Travel: Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits (8-10 visits/week).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide customized solutions to client needs. Previous experience in handling big companies and large-scale industrial projects.
