Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to oversee client accounts, ensure seamless communication, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring client needs are met with creative and strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and marketing needs.
Project Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, strategy) to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
Strategy & Planning : Develop marketing plans and propose strategies to enhance client success.
Performance Tracking : Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize results.
Business Development : Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling services to existing clients.
Contract & Budget Management : Ensure projects stay within budget and adhere to agreed terms.
Problem-Solving : Address client concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree/MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and MS Office.
