Product Specialist

Develop Global Go-To-Market Strategies:

• Co-develop and implement GTM strategies and launch plans for new products, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
• Craft compelling messaging and positioning that clearly communicates the value proposition of our products to target audiences.
• Write creative briefs and co-manage the creative process and deliverables of all GTM materials.
• Support the development of global product launch kits for countries to adapt locally, such as instruction manuals, packaging, flyers, video content, and images.
• Own the QR Code Instruction Manual Process with support from the Digital Team to ensure accuracy at all times.
• Ensure any product changes are reflected across all marketing collateral (online and offline) and communicated to all stakeholders.
• Ensure all product launches and marketing materials align with the brand's identity and messaging.
• Ensure the central management and accuracy (via a DAM) of all GTM product materials so that countries can easily access them.

Product Launch Process and Roadmap:

• Assist the Product Team in developing product launch plans using Microsoft Project and host regular alignment meetings.
• Support the Change Note process of critical deliverables.
• Find opportunities to refine the product launch process to improve speed to market.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications for product launches.
• Manage the product launch Roadmap and communicate regularly with all stakeholders.
• Support the development of business cases for company sign-off.
• Have a customer-centric approach to product marketing.

Market Insights and Analysis:

• Capture market insights and conduct customer and competitive research to identify opportunities for differentiation, innovation, and new products.
• Conduct VOC analysis to gather insights and inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Evaluate and prioritise opportunities flagged in the ideation list, focusing on high-impact initiatives.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track product performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and optimise product offerings to enhance market penetration and brand awareness of key products.

Collaboration and Team Alignment:

• Align cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product launches and marketing efforts.

Facilitate collaboration between product managers, graphic designers, digital team, engineering, and other stakeholders as required.
