Role & responsibilities

PRODUCTION PLANNING

- Allocation of production on Machines & modify planning as per requirements.

PRODUCTION

- To monitor production of his Department Machines as per planning

- To monitor efficiency of Machines, scrap and rejection of his Department Machine.

- To monitor efficiency of operators on the basis of scrap, rejection and productivity.

- Make Daily Production Report.

- Meeting with Operators for Rejection/Efficiency/Scrap per / Discipline.

- Production Analysis, Production efficiency, Scrap-percentage, Varnish con./Kg, Avg. Weight / Spool etc.

- To monitor preventive maintenance of this Department.

- To forward job cards of preventive maintenance to maintenance Inc.

- To forward break downs to the maintenance Inc.

- To coordinate with maintenance Dept.

- To monitor process parameters, analyze rejection in process and from customers, suggest quality improvement methods.

- To give indent of consumables.

- To receive Leave application / Adv. Applications.

- To cover up absenteeism in the shift for all Dept., make shift schedule.

- To update processing sheet.

- To be ready with data for weekly meetings (loss of prod., % reject. % scrap, indiscipline, Problem sheet and its root cause analysis and its closer.

- House Keeping on his Department shop floor.

- Ensure proper shift handing over for Dept. operator and shift supervisor.
