Due to our continued growth and expansion, M3 is seeking an experienced Qualitative Project Coordinator to join our Market Research team.

The mission of the Qualitative Project Coordinator will be to assist the Market Research Project Management team with the day-to-day management of market research studies to ensure all projects successfully complete on time and within budget, while meeting and exceeding client expectations.

The Qualitative Project Coordinator is one of the key team members in the execution of the qualitative project, and is responsible for field management and sample strategies, and will be accountable for coordinating with Project Managers and Clients throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Including, but not limited to the following:

  • Provide support to project managers including set-up, placing confirmation calls/emails/text and pre-calls to respondents, desk research, collection of pre-work and consents, patient verifications, and a variety of other project support tasks as needed.
  • Scheduling respondents for market research interviews, including creating the scheduler in the system, communication with respondents, coordinating shared moderator schedules, manual entry in MR system and moderator scheduling platforms.
  • Help respondents log in to qualitative platforms for their interviews and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Manage and control sampling and fieldwork on the project through Dynamic Audience (a proprietary sampling platform).
  • Attend meetings with PMs regarding assigned projects to ensure project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities are understood.
  • Takes notes as needed, and fill checklists during key meetings and share them with the attendee afterwards
  • Proactively seek alternative fieldwork strategies and find solutions to address response rates and costs on each project
  • Design and request multichannel recruitment methodologies for allocated projects, which could include (but not exclusively) email campaigns, calling, desk research, text messages, online advertisement, referral schemes, forums, blogs, patient groups and associations networking and Social Media
  • Communicate with panel members to address any questions or concerns

4. Communicate (verbally and written) in a timely fashion with clients and internal stakeholders

Supervisory Responsibility: No

Outcomes:

  • Keep M3 outsourced project recruitment rate under the given KPIs per market
  • Achieve monthly revenue, profit, and CSS targets on assigned projects - 6.5 or higher, 46.3%+ GP
  • Improve panel user experience by achieving 100% Dynamic Audience usage, and 35%+ efficiency of the tool.
  • High process adherence
  • Have an excellent understanding of the M3 platforms and dynamic audience, emailing and reporting tools to ensure they are used to the best of their capabilities in supporting project deliverability

Qualifications

Education and Training Required:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent preferred
Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred, but not required.
