Billing Executive: Responsibilities and Tasks

Data Management & Entry:

• Accurately and promptly enter data into Excel and Tally.
• Reconcile data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Verify, check, and correct data daily, tracking and monitoring data entry processes.
• Adhere to established data entry protocols and review data for accuracy.
• Organize and store data securely in both soft and hard copy formats.
• Scan and save documents to the computer, maintaining organized physical files.
• Perform regular data backups to prevent data loss.

Billing & Vendor Management:

• Enter bills into Excel and Tally systems.
• Practical knowledge of Tds & gst bill entries
• Follow up with vendors regarding outstanding bills.
• Update goods and bill details based on godown information.
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors to ensure accurate billing.
• Generate billing and financial reports from Tally.

Financial Tasks:

• Conduct bank visits for RTGS and NEFT transactions.
• Manage petty cash and update salary records.
• Provide daily, weekly, or monthly vendor balance details to the finance department.
• APMC visits for bills & rent.

Communication & Coordination:

• Respond to inquiries from customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
• Provide regular work task updates to higher authorities.
• Follow company instructions and procedures diligently.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Maintain strict data security and confidentiality.
• Ensure the maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
• Manage attendance entries.
