Aptitude Trainer

Position: Aptitude Trainer
Location: East Point College of Engineering & Technology
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
• Prepare and deliver content to help students excel in placement exams such as those conducted by TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc.
• Develop customized training modules and problem sets according to the latest industry placement patterns.
• Assess students through periodic tests and mock exams to track their progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide one-on-one mentoring where needed.
• Collaborate with the Placement Department to align the training program with current industry demands.
• Stay updated on changes in exam patterns, aptitude test formats, and competitive recruitment processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Aptitude Trainer or a similar role in educational institutions or training centers.
• Strong expertise in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience training students for competitive exams and placements is preferred.
• Ability to develop engaging training content and hands-on exercises.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
