Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Maintaining statutory books of accounts and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with accoutning principal/ norms
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Produce monthly financial statements including balance sheet, profit/loss statements etc.
• Supervising and reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
• Knowledge of GST, ESIC, EPF, TDS& Income Tax is must.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
• Vendor management, follow-up with the clients vendors for payments.
• Maintain fixed expenses records of head office and branches.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in commerce.
• Prior experience of 4 years as an Account Executive.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Experience working with any ERP Software.
