Role & responsibilities


Process Implementation

  • Focus on areas such as talent and leadership development, culture and values, and employee engagement.
  • Implement and control HRMS and attendance management to increase process efficiency.
  • Execute HR processes, Policies, Companys SOPs and streamline systems to promote reliability and scalability
  • Establish monthly dashboards for reporting progress trackers and trend analysis.

Talent Management:

  • Lead Talent Management and Acquisition based on business plans.
  • Develop a cost-effective manpower planning to optimize resources.
  • Ensure timely completion of on-boarding, induction, and orientation programs.
  • Provide career growth and performance counseling to employees and managers.

HR Compliance & Liasoning

  • Ensure payroll, statutory, and legal compliances as per Social Audits and Clients requirements
  • Implementation and controlling of all Statutory compliances as per Labour Laws.
  • Coordinate & Liasoning with Pollution Deptt, Director of Safety, DIC and other Govt authorities

Payroll Management

Supervise payroll processing functions including computation of salaries, attendance, leave, promotions etc.

Performance Management

  • Drive performance reviews and establish a comprehensive performance management framework.
  • Manage annual appraisal process linked to reward management and career growth.

Employee Engagement

  • Promptly resolve employee grievances to maintain cordial relations.
  • Manage people connect programs and drive engagement initiatives.
  • Grievance Handling
  • Handle exit formalities including exit analytics, exit interviews, and issuance of experience letters.

Training of Employees

  • Effective implementation of Training Programme and Ensure that training is done as per the Calendar and requirements

Admin work

  • Execution of HR & Admin SOPs & Client Audit Readiness SOP and monitoring on daily basis
  • Monitoring of housekeeping and ensure that the premises is totally clean and there is no filthiness
  • Maintaining Waste management records and controlling the wastage
  • Control on Contractual manpower as per the Production Plan
  • Daily Coordination with Operations and other departments and provide input to the HOD and management on cost reduction and effective utilization of resources
  • Proper control on security and ensure that checking and frisking is done for all staff
  • Pest Control and management of the records
  • Ensure preventive maintenance work is done and prepare the records of the same
  • Monitoring the checklist of admin work including the Machine breakdown report, Machine Health Card, repair and maintenance work, scraps disposal everyday
  • Management of Companys Assets


Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resource or related field.
  • Proven Experience of minimum 10 years as a Manager (HR & Admin) with manufacturing Industries.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Presentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiating skills.
  • Candidate must be living in Noida/Ghaziabad/Greater Noida/East Delhi or must be willing to re-locate to Noida within 2 weeks of joining.

Candidate must have own conveyance- Car/bike.
