Job Description

We are M&G Global Services Private Limited (formerly known as 10FA India Private Limited, and prior to that Prudential Global Services Private Limited) . Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Set clear objectives, define roles and responsibilities and ensure each team member aligns with the team s vision.
Communicate expectations, goals and feedback to the group regularly and resolve any concerns or issues actively.
Identify and address conflicts early, facilitating discussions and finding satisfactory solutions for all parties involved.
Recognise and reward good performance, provide feedback and encourage professional development.
Support and guide team members to ensure they meet their individual targets and KPIs.
Has an organized approach, with an ability to manage monthly work-load peaks and prioritize effectively and work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
Ability to solve problems and tackle them with greater efficiency.
Excellent Excel skills
Prior experience overseeing third party administrators, issue management and coordination
Fantastic organisation and communication skills.
Prior experience SII Asset Reporting is advantageous
Controls focussed and has a methodical approach, demonstrating attention to detail

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Educational Qualification

Knowledge & Skills:

Confidence & excellent communication.
Has an organised approach, with an ability to manage monthly work-load peaks and prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines and under pressure
Fantastic organisation and co-ordination skills.
Knowledge investment management industry
Knowledge of fund types.
Data analysis and exception reporting experience
Controls focussed and has a methodical approach, demonstrating attention to detail
Prior experience overseeing third party administrators, issue management and coordination.

Experience:

Solvency II Knowledge is a MUST.
Understanding of Financial Services Industry
Experience of managing and implementing process improvements beneficial

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.
Masters in Finance.
