Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations Management: Handle end-to-end HR operations processes, including employee lifecycle management, data administration, and HR query resolution.
- HR System Expertise: Serve as a key user of HR systems (preferably Workday), ensuring data integrity, system updates, and process improvements.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Support the onboarding process from offer management to induction, and manage offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth transitions.
- HR Process Optimization: Participate in process improvement initiatives, focusing on automation and streamlining workflows within HR operations.
- Employee Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records in HR systems, supporting audits and compliance requirements.
- Payroll Support: Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure seamless data integration and process accuracy, assisting with payroll validations when needed.
- Compliance & Reporting: Assist in preparing HR reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Employee Queries: Respond to employee queries on HR policies, systems, and processes, ensuring timely resolution.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years in HR operations, with a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
- Workday Experience: Hands-on experience with Workday is highly preferred.
- HR Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with HR systems and technology platforms for data management and process automation.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage large amounts of employee data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements within HR operations.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve HR operational issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday certification or significant Workday usage experience.
- Prior experience in global HR operations or working with multinational teams.
- Understanding of payroll, onboarding, and HR compliance in the Indian context.
