HR Services Lead

Responsible for effective, efficiency, accurate timely processing of Payroll process. This includes:

End to end salary processing

Employee reimbursement process

PF, Professional Tax, MLWF, ESIC

Full and final settlement process

Statutory Compliance management co-ordination with the vendor incl. contract labour compliance, employment exchange etc. Global mobility process management including request management while maintaining exemplary employee experience Leading on-boarding Background verification process management including candidate employee experience. This includes implementing a new vendor; associated change management; effective reporting management of new joiner survey Implementation of all India regulatory changes in policy and processes Ensuring end to end process controls risk management across HR operations Focus on providing first level operational support to internal and external stakeholders Working closely with internal teams of HR process changes; improvements automation. Participating in HR and organization wide projects contribute to evolution of function
